Such providers may process limited user information, including date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth, solely for the purpose of generating the requested astrological output.

These service providers process user data only as necessary to provide their respective services and are required to maintain appropriate security, confidentiality, and data protection standards.

Certain images, visual content, graphics, avatars, illustrations, horoscope visuals, profile enhancements, promotional materials, and other digital assets available on the MAHA JOTHISH platform may be generated, enhanced, modified, or assisted using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

Such content is intended for informational, artistic, educational, promotional, or user experience purposes only and should not be interpreted as representations of actual persons, events, or guaranteed real-world outcomes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AI-generated human imagery is intended for illustrative purposes and may not represent actual individuals.

The use of AI-generated content does not affect the interpretative nature of astrology services provided on the platform and does not constitute a guarantee of any astrological prediction, recommendation, or result.

17. Platform Compliance Statement

MAHA JOTHISH complies with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable data protection laws. User data is used only as described in this policy.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified via:
